This was my first chance to play with my new Nikon, and I just got lucky with the weather that left perfect raindrops on the flowers and gave me a natural softbox.

Yamaha video shoots

I was project manager for a special Yamaha video, and I was thrilled to capture a few still photos from the video shoots I arranged.

Entry to St. Louis Cemetery No. 1

I took these photos for a feature I was writing for the October issue of the magazine The Big Easy. Diving into the history of the cemeteries of New Orleans was so intriguing and gave me an even greater appreciation for the city.
